Includes: - Everything in a regular/maintenance clean - Remove cobwebs in hidden or high areas - Hand wipe knickknacks - Hand wipe the top of the fridge - Hand wipe ceiling fans and baseboards - Hand wipe blinds - Hand wipe doors as needed - Wipe all doorknobs and light switches - Clean all interior windows - Clean and disinfect all cabinet fronts - Deep Clean tub
Cancellation Policy
- 20% deposit required for services over $300 - A 24-hour cancellation window is available, with the deposit refunded. The deposit will not be refunded if the service is not canceled 24 hours in advance. - Any unfriendly pets must be secured inside or outside of your space. - If anything is excessively dirty an extra fee may be applied (after discussing and confirming with the client). - I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or apple pay! - Please ensure that your home is accessible to me at the time of the service, thank you!
