Includes: - Simple straightening up /organization of all rooms - Disinfect all bathroom surfaces - Disinfect all kitchen surfaces - Disinfect surfaces of all other rooms - Wipe down all mirrors - Vacuum carpets - Sweep and mop all floors and stairs - Dusting (including ceiling fans within reach) - Make beds/fold blankets - Empty trash - Change bed linens if requested, clean linens must be available to change into
Cancellation Policy
- 20% deposit required for services over $300 - A 24-hour cancellation window is available, with the deposit refunded. The deposit will not be refunded if the service is not canceled 24 hours in advance. - Any unfriendly pets must be secured inside or outside of your space. - If anything is excessively dirty an extra fee may be applied (after discussing and confirming with the client). - I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or apple pay! - Please ensure that your home is accessible to me at the time of the service, thank you!
